Pro-Dosa
Taking Pro-Dosa from concept to mass production
In 2018, Pro-Dosa approached Medical Plastics with an idea – a syringe pre-filled with a horse nutrition product. We supported the company through the design and development of the Pro-Dosa Boost syringes, using our expertise to improve their tooling. This resulted in an improvement in product quality and reliability, which meant the syringes could be mass-produced. We use injection moulding to manufacture each syringe as five separate components, which we assemble and then deliver to Pro-Dosa to be filled.
